PROJECTS

Oregon Museum of Science (OMSI)
Conducted a waste audit and material categorization study of entire campus. Developed a comprehensive sustainable materials management plan to achieve $70K+ annual savings

US Virgin Islands Food Service Waste Audit
Wrote and received USDA grant Conducted a territory-wide program to quantify and categorize business waste stream in the US Virgin Islands and develop alternatives to land-filling.


Six Flags Renewable Transportation Pilot
Developed program to convert trains and parking lot shuttles to bio-fuel at 7 park locations around the US, utilizing recycled waste cooking oil from park operations. ​

Wrote and received grant funded by Portland Metro. Developed a pilot program to demonstrate technical feasibility of modular processing of food service waste into regenerative resources within the communities where it is generated.

Developed equipment, molds and manufacturing process to enable community groups and resorts to transform ocean bound waste plastics into new products, supporting the local economy.

Developed equipment, process and training enabling a wine quality testing lab to recycle used plastic sample tubes into wine fermentation tools for the vineyards they serve.
